Since 2017, KAGC has offered undergraduate students with commitment to public service and community empowerment with an opportunity to serve in the select offices of members of Congress. Over the past four years, 18 students have served in 13 offices, both Republican and Democrat and in the Senate and the House.
The KAGC Congressional Fellowship helps build a pipeline for representation, establish a Korean American visibility, and amplify our community’s voice.
Throughout the summer, our Fellows receive a stipend of $3,000, benefit from education and mentorship support, and enjoy special opportunities for networking and enrichment.
Due to the changing restrictions regarding the public health crisis, this year’s program has seen a number of changes and may include additional Fellows to be announced over the next few weeks.
