Due to the evolving guidelines from Hyatt Regency and calendar of the U.S. Congress, the 2020 KAGC National Conference will now be hosted on Tuesday, July 28th through Thursday, July 30th.

While a comprehensive guideline will be announced later this week, please find the major changes of the event in the previous announcement. As of June 2nd, some of the key points include:

  • All registration fees are waived for the 2020 KAGC National Conference. Donations are still welcome.
  • There is no longer any portion of the event that requires additional tickets, including the VIP reception.
  • Registrations are accepted on our website until the close of business on Friday, June 12th, 2020.
  • The capacity of the 2020 KAGC National Conference is limited to 100.
  • Program will be offered in one track only in English. Simultaneous interpretation is offered on-site.
  • All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Each attendee will be given a single-occupancy room for lodging for two nights, except in the case of minors who will be placed in a double-occupancy room with his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
  • All flight tickets will be provided by KAGC. In exercising caution, all tickets will be purchased in late June.
  • The gala dinner will not be hosted as part of the 2020 KAGC National Conference. A reception will take place instead either at Hyatt Regency or on Capitol Hill.
  • To-go meals will be provided as a compliment for the dinner on July 29th, breakfast and dinner on July 30th, and breakfast on July 31st at a restaurant near Hyatt Regency.
  • Medical staff will be present at the 2020 KAGC National Conference in case of emergency.
  • Hand sanitizers, face masks, and thermometers will be used throughout the event.
  • All other guidelines remain unchanged as previously announced. An updated, comprehensive guideline will be distributed as a PDF file shortly.
